Happy Chinese New year!

Its that time of the year again! Its Chinese New Year! Wishing everyone have a Happy Niu Year!

I dont actually do much during this period of the year since my i dont really have much relative. So after today, i’m quite free.

It have being almost 2 weeks since I last wrote a new post on my blog, so to catch up I will summaries what I did!

1) Went to Party World with Weishan, Yelian and Bun!
2) My first UNISIM class!

Let’s talk about the Party world session; we actually went there because bun got a 10 dollars voucher but the thing is that, the voucher is only for Chinese New Year period! So in the end we still have to pay full price! BUN WHY YOU NEVER CHECK THE DATE?! ITS WRITTEN IN BOLD BLACK WORD!

Party world

Ya… suck for us… at least the session was fun! The few things that I learn during the party world session was, Weishan can sing quite well, quite hard to believe that someone as mentally unstable as her can sing so well, must be heaven way of balancing the universe. And the other thing that I learn was that Yelian don’t sing Chinese songs! I never thought that Yelian is the Ang mo pie sia.

And now we can talk about my unisim class! Yup, I took up Multi Media degree! And I took up all the Java programming in my degree for my first year! I will be doing Java Programming for 1 whole year! I will be a Java expert even if I don’t want to.

So after I did a whole day of Java programming at work, I went to school and start to do Java programming again! It’s extremely taxing on my brain! Arhhhhhh. At least I’m pretty sure that I will pass my first year without much problem.

My Project, vb6 email validation

I just remember something that I wanted to do for quite a long time… To paste my vb6 code on my blog!

So my last project, I was asked to code some email sending program. Sound simple enough, and I was able to finish it but I still need to have some kind of validation codes for emails. I manage to find a few but none was enough for my program to run on so I decided to copy and paste from a few different sources and add in my code.

Tuning body

Finally I feel well enough to write my blog again! (A week of OT made me feel very sick indeed)

I didn’t do much last week since my time is mostly taken up by OT , but in the spirit of all thing random, I have decide to randomly write about my knowledge of body wellness. As most of you know, I’m not very sporty nor am I very fit in the first place, so if you found any part of this to be fiction, you can ensure that it is just random stuff that I make up.

OK, so what is body fitness? To me it’s about tuning of our body. Our body is like a Musical Instruments that need to be fine tune from time to time to ensure that it will work properly.

So how do we “tune” our body? By exercising of course! I truly believe that lifting weight although it’s a great way to tone your body; it is not a very effective way to “tune” our body. True “tuning” comes from doing exercise that involves the whole body, working together to achieve one goal. Like swimming, running, basketball and most sport out there that uses your arm, leg, lung and heart.

So what is so great about “tuning”? Well it help you get in shape, and also tuning your body its like doing a simple check up on your body, like if your body are injury in some area, or if you need to see doctor about that back pain you get after u start to jog for 2-3 min. And most important of all it is that it allow your body to get use to the body and make full use of it in case of danger.

So next time when you go to gym, don’t just lift weight, remember to do some running or swimming. It is great to “tune” your body!
